Finally got some time in the darkroom today to print from the first roll of TriX shot with one of Brian's Jupiter8/Sonnar lenses, recently acquired from a fellow RFF'r. It's been wet and dark in Seattle, but I got a mix of shots to try it out. (Not posting the desperate photos of mushrooms and ferns that didn't turn out.) Developed in D-76 1:1, flatbed scans. Fingers crossed for some sun in November ... fat chance.

Beautiful photos. And lovely lighting.

Yes, its hitting the rougher season to take pictures out here. I really need to get out again soon with the J3 Brian worked on for me. I've only shot a few rolls with it but love the lens. Hopefully I'll be able to get out a bit this weekend with it.

I like the 1st & 3rd for favorites. What camera & film did you use? I need to use my J-8 more.

Thanks, I forgot the film! TriX, and this is with an M adapter on an MP. I like the meter and manual experience of the MP, and I'm drawn to prewar uncoated glass. Will gladly keep working with this combo.
