Rodenstock 35/2.8 LTM mount

Does anyone have information on this lens with regards to performance compared to its contemporaries [eg. Summaron, Nikkor, Canon and etc.]? I've googled it and got sparse information. MJ Small's book on non-Leitz LTM lenses only had brief notes.
