Does anyone know anything about the 'Infinitar' for Contax cameras? Is it supposed to be used in conjunction with something else?

IIRC it is a negative diopter auxiliary lens to enable using the Contaprox/Panflex/etc. with 50mm lenses to infinity.

I just got the Contax I, and I'm now looking for odd accessories for it.
