I don't see the point of using a normal sized flash with the CL because it negates the purpose of the camera body! I love the way the braun hobby 17b looks and carries on the CL, but i just got one and it was DOA.

Try the Metz 20 C-2. It is small and tilts up so you can bounce off the ceiling.

My favorite flash is Neopan 1600. It doesn't even need batteries!
